A bit about my professional journey

I started my career in product ops, moved into research, and now lead research and product strategy conversations with cross-functional teams.

I’m curious about how people make financial decisions in constrained environments and love simplifying complexity through structure, insight, and design.

  • Scaled research operations — built interview systems, personas, journey maps, and a research repository — reducing duplication across teams and speeding up product cycles.
     

  • Redesigned the full app experience — shifted from a single-product to a multi-product interface, which increased feature discoverability and improved NPS.
     

  • Overhauled the lending UX from SLM to RBM — streamlined onboarding, KYC, and offer selection, resulting in higher application completion rates and lower drop-off.
     

  • Ran regular competitive UX audits of players like KreditBee, Fibe, and Navi — influencing positioning and differentiation for Branch’s India strategy

  • Enabled localization of financial products for the Indian market — balancing compliance, trust-building, and onboarding UX to support adoption
